  Chip Stephenson –President of BVR Construction since 2000. He joined the company in 1993 and brought with him years of experience in many types of heavy highway and building construction. |
  John Klimek – Operations Manger since 2008. He has responsibility for estimating, field assignments and project scheduling. John graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with an engineering degree. |
  Joe Pizzo - Estimating and Project Management. Joe has more than 40 years of construction experience, including supervision and management. He leads BVR’s estimating department. |
  Kathy Brenzel – Accountant. Kathy earned her CPA license in 1987. She is responsible for all phases of accounting, through preliminary financial statements. This includes payroll, payroll taxes, union reporting and general ledger, as well as A/P and A/R. |
  Rick Trauscht – Project Supervisor. Rick has worked for BVR since 1998. He is responsible for project supervision of field personnel and assists with estimating. |
  Dave Stephenson – Project Supervisor. Dave has worked for BVR since 1997. He is responsible for project supervision of field personnel. |
  Steve Morehouse – Steel Work Supervisor. Steve has over 18 years experience in steel erection work, welding and supervision. He is an AWS D1.1 and NYSDOT certified welder. |
  Rick Hubbard – Maintenance and Yard Support. Rick has worked for BVR since 2001 and is responsible for all equipment and vehicle maintenance. |
